So, I'm caving in and committing a mortal sin that will damn me to Hell a million times over: I'm watching High School Musical.
Now, you may have heard of this movie (If you haven't, then I have no idea what rock you've been living under for the past...oh....a while...), and I have heard of it as well. I've immediately taken the side that it's horrible (and if Zac Efron gets the role as Light in the American Death Note movie that a certain young actor will be found dead soon thereafter), but I've decided I should probably know what I'm hating on a bit more intimately (hopefully not too intimate, though. I surely hope I won't be looking up the songs later and singing them as people come through the line at my workplace).
( So, without further ado, I will critique this move like crazy as I watch it. Woah, watch me! )

A small child who looked of Asian descent was walking through the slums. Several people would question where in the world his parents were, considering the dangers of the slum area, but the child looked as if he didn't have a care in the world as he skipped along the dark, dirty streets. He seemed to be humming a happy tune, turning the corner before seeing a figure nearby. He stopped humming, staring at the young man curiously. He walked up to him, blinking. "...Hewwo, mister...Are you wonely?"

Matsuda stumbled into the empty room clutching his briefcase. He stumbled and spilled Light's coffee all over his shirt. "Hi, I uh.... sorry."
